This is one of the most comfortable rooms/beds i've ever stayed in for any price. AC was perfect and bed was super comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Front desk was more to gan helpful ,and understanding. Well trained and not lazy . They were right on top of it no ? Asked were most hotels I would have had an issue Simply cause they wouldn't want to take the time to do it.

Devin was great and very friendly. We originally booked the room as a little couple get away for the night. Online made it seem like the room I booked had a huge jet tub. Upon arrival, it didnt but he did let us upgrade to one that did for an extra $25. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The jet bath was pretty cool. The room did however have a bad smell that wouldn't go away. My fiance said it smelled like trash. Not sure that it was all worth $115 though. Was pretty disappointed about breakfast though. Store bought donuts.

Very convenient to NASA, plenty of stores and restaurants and medical facilities (which we needed for non-emergency) very close by. Reception and house staff very friendly and welcoming.

Property and amenities were exactly as described online. Suma and Deven were amazing. Any needs we had were promptly taken care of in a very professional manner. Incredible hospitality!

Appreciated the key for secure entry. The snacks available in the lobby area were nice.The towel origami was a pleasant addition in the room. The ceiling fan helped to circulate the air in the room. The environment was clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Our arrival was delayed by a traffic accident, we called and spoke with desk person who said the room would be held for us and encouraged us to drive safely. Thank you.

We liked that the manager Mick went out of his way because we had a jet tub that did not work he did what he could and got us another room with no problems

Soma at the front desk was AWESOME!!! Very helpful and professiona,l, yet friendly and warm. Kudos to whoever hired her!!!:. Hire more people like her!👍👌👏
